About Motivate and Magnify
My Background
I have been a high school science teacher for over a decade. Along the way, I learned how to write curriculum and navigate the waters of the education system. I am currently seeking my administrative degree with plans to continue to motivate others and magnify success as an instructional coach and curriculum developer.
My Philosophy
I believe that no one learns in isolation and technology has created a global classroom for our students. As teachers and administrators, we seek to learn from others in our respective fields. Motivate and Magnify is geared towards helping new/struggling teachers and homeschoolers to find a helping hand. For the veteran professionals, I hope this gives them a fresh perspective on current issues and maybe a little inspiration.
